That's not very democratic 

That Raktam Democrats was intended to be a clan to work towards democracy in Raktam, not a clan for voters like the Durham citizens. If a democratic Raktam actually came about, then the Raktam Democrats would most likely disband, and either something along the lines of a Raktam Citizens clan would be founded, or the election would be done without a clan.

No, I imposed several specific conditions to partake in the elections as a candidate. One of them was intended to put an immediate end to civil war in Durham. That condition was an immediate ceasefire. If you are killed by Burgundy or an ally of Burgundy then none of Burgundy's faction can participate in the election. And it works in reverse, too.

If you want any prospect of being elected governor, or even being on the Durham Senate, then you should present yourself to the Governor's Mansion immediately, cease fire, and offer an apology and financial compensation. If you are killed by Burgundy's faction in the mansion, then they will be disqualified unless they apologise and offer financial compensation.

If you want no prospect of being elected governor, then keep doing what you're doing. Personally, and OOC I like the idea of you elected governor because at least then Durham wouldn't be so damned boring. And I would guess that you have a very good chance of being elected on the Durham Senate by reason of your patriotic fervour.

If you can play by the rules until the end of the month - and they're not unreasonable rules - then you have a shot at the gig.

I will donate the sum of 100GCs toward Either the Durham Model Army or another worthy cause. Not to an individual who killed me first.

Also who will guarantee my safety? I will be KOS by Burgundy and his goons should I stay there. You can't promise me immunity and I won't keep allowing myself to be attacked without defending myself.

Lukas don't donate to the Durham Model Army.  You see the group does not exist anymore.  Tomn are leader went inactive, one by one the people of the group either left or went inactive, soon i was the only person still active in the group, so i myself left the Clan, if Tomn comes back and reactivates the clan ill come back.  So don't wast 100GC's on an inactive group.

Denying them voting privileges would probably deny the governor the right to annex them.

Creedy is a different nation. I don't believe either allows dual citizenship. I understand President Eptavian has a firm view on that.

Hideo is going to have to be the Electoral Warden on 30 August. DS is too far away and caught up. So the dead and absentee voters will have to vote here.
