Due to the conflict of outsiders on Shartak (I.E. certain similar acts passed against Natives), I have made a plan for the fair and just relocation of Outsiders on Shartak.

1. All Outsiders on Shartak, including the water, deep water, and associated smaller islands, will be killed without thought, not a single native will be exempt, except for the case of rule 2, 3, and 5.

2. Certain areas will be designated "outsider reservations". These are the four outsider camps and the ruin known as Fort Creedy.
-The area of one of the three "normal" outsider camps is defined as all the squares labeled with the name of that camp.
-The area of The Shipwreck is defined as the Shipwreck square itself, the Shaman square, and the square of the trading hut, plus several squares that are considered to be "between" those areas (the shipwreck has a total land area of 10 squares by this definition).
-The area of Fort Creedy is defined as the 3x3 (or was it 3x4? I thought it was 3x3 but I can't seem to get a confirmed map or it anywhere) area which the ruins would make up.

Every Outsider on one of these reservations will remain unharmed.

3. Any Outsider may purchase a travel pass (1 gold for each day) to be outside of a reservation. This rule is to be applied to healers, traders, people traveling between reservations, whatever. Any Outsider found outside a reservation without a travel pass will be killed.

4. Outsiders with travel passes must stay within three safe areas in each Native village, except when traveling between areas, villages or reservations (which they must list in their profile if they expect to be "asleep" at any time during the journey). These are the trading hut, the ammo hut, and the medical hut.

5. 1 Foreign Diplomatic Outsider from each reservation may stay outside of a reservation without a travel pass. This native will remain unharmed and will deal with the natives leaving reservations.

Why can't we all just get along?

Copy pasting job could have been better, again. It does occur to me that such things can get old, but I suppose on the internet there is no age...

Back to the point, you need strong backing, or probably a strong back, to actually implement this garble, same as Flagg's. Find a suitable sponsor and then the rest of us may tremble in our boots or variable footwear.

And how about outsider groups that are somehow allied with native groups?

Precisely, Grand Vizier.

Nor will the Court further acknowledge anything regarding this or the farce that is the Native Relocation whatever. The latter has been given far too much attention for what is little more than a stunt worthy of a feeble 8 year old whelp, and this is but a pale imitation of that.

“I’m an Indian tonight, baby,” he announced. “C’mon, let’s let ’em have it.” Then he dumped a pickle jar of change on the floor, told her to get a machete, and went out to the garage.

Dang it!
I thought I'd probably missed something in there.
And yes, obviously this is a joke. Although if we did have sufficient backing to actually enforce this (we'd probably need to bring in some people from NW...) I think it would actually be a reasonable idea, though I have no quarrel with outsiders who don't have a quarrel with me.

...I'm making fun of it. I generally wouldn't call that "imitation" in the sense you seem to be using it. Though I agree with the rest of your post. (surprisingly)

Indeed- it would be mad to back this!  Proposing reservations for outsiders?  Suggesting that we should just let them sleep in our ruins?  The occupation of the prison by soldiers (who aren't even being tortured by native captors!) is an abomination!  That even the descendants of the ancients should recognize their claim to this, as some type of fortress?  Ridiculous!

And the camps aren't too nice, either.  Perhaps the shipwreck would be acceptable, if a way could be found to float it away once they were all on board.

If there are no reservations, then where will we hunt them for sport?

...How about by searching in the jungle or in the settlements?

Gee, topic revival much?
I thought of "reservations" as a good way for them to be held securely while we convert them to the truth. Anyone who absolutely refused to convert would have to be dealt with somehow, but at present I know of no way to permanently remove someone from the island, so I thought that this would be a good way to keep their damage and irreverence contained. Whether or not the place called "fort creedy" would be a reservation is negotiable (perhaps it, as well as the altar south of the shipwreck, could be made "reservations" for outsiders who kept trying to breack out of the normal ones...  lolz)

Oh, and if you can find a way to make the shipwreck float away, that would be great.

I, Flagg, shall oppose this act until the end of time.

The flight was heavenly
the sky my ocean
As I soared beyond the clouds
and golden voices called me home
You asked "Do you believe in love?"
and I shook my head
So, your sins unto me as I fall down
never to return from this land
My wings are clipped, my voice stilled,
Goodbye.

You should appeal for the High Court. I'll be the judge.
