One of my guys has three Tiger tooth amulets. However Traders don't seem to value them particularly highly, hence he's still got three.

I've reached the inventory limit with healing herbs before, so I know it can happen.
The Wiki says they may do something.

The inventory does have space that means you can fill it up. No idea how much space they take up though.
I heard that they do have effects such as raising % to hit. But their effects can be negated by having certain other charms.
